Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from 35rohan.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 365 days of purchase.
How to Return Your Items
- Log in to your account at 35rohan.com and go to “My Orders” to start your return.
- Select the items you wish to return and print your returns label.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Attach the returns label and send your package via your preferred postal service.
Important Information
- Items must be in unworn, saleable condition with all tags attached.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service as you’re responsible for items until they reach us.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit only.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
